The following information was compiled by IowaFathers.com through a child custody study we are currently conducting. The data below is a breakdown by county for all cases which a decree has been issued through Iowa Statute 598 (Dissolution of Marriage & Domestic Relations) from 1/1/2004 through 6/1/2008. We will continue to add more data as we complete different stages of the study. Ultimately, this report shall be submitted to the Iowa Legislature this coming legislative session
